My name is Jessica Milewski. Professionally, I am masters-level educated in Management and have worked in both the healthcare and legal service industries as a human resources and recruitment leader. In those roles, I developed organizational recruitment plans, interviewed and hired hundreds of employees, and reviewed thousands of professional resumes. I have also customized multiple applicant tracking systems and coached hiring managers on best practice interviewing techniques, so I know what you should expect in these scenarios.
Personally, I live in South Jersey, right outside of metro Philadelphia, with my husband and three young children. I enjoy exercise and playing outside with my family. I drink way too much green tea and am an admitted and shameless TikTok addict.
I decided to launch my own business after losing my job as a Recruitment and Development Director in June of 2020, due to the pandemic.
