Me in a Nutshell

My name is Jessica Milewski. Professionally, I am masters-level educated in Management and have worked in both the healthcare and legal service industries as a human resources and recruitment leader. In those roles, I developed organizational recruitment plans, interviewed and hired hundreds of employees, and reviewed thousands of professional resumes. I have also customized multiple applicant tracking systems and coached hiring managers on best practice interviewing techniques, so I know what you should expect in these scenarios.

Personally, I live in South Jersey, right outside of metro Philadelphia, with my husband and three young children. I enjoy exercise and playing outside with my family. I drink way too much green tea and am an admitted and shameless TikTok addict.

What Makes Working with Me Different (and More Enjoyable)

I decided to launch my own business after losing my job as a Recruitment and Development Director in June of 2020, due to the pandemic. After helping countless friends and family with their own job searches, I realize how much I enjoy using my corporate expertise to help people navigate their own career paths. My experience gives me a unique perspective into what will get you noticed by recruiters and hiring managers. As a professional recruiter, I have a strategic approach to asking the questions that will bring forth your best attributes so that you can shine. My career has been driven by my passion for helping individuals to be their best professional selves and I understand how important a career can be in defining a person's self worth. You will work with me directly every step of the way - I do not outsource any part of my work. Cheerleading sessions are always gratis.
